A good coaching system increases the possibility of selection of students in the Competitive Examination. However, taking admission in Shri NFDA doesn't guarantee the selection in any competitive examination OR Admission in any Medical College.

Before finalizing the admission at Shri NFDA, the students & parents themselves have to ensure the Basic Eligibility (such as age, qualification, domicile, number of attempts, physical fitness, etc.) required for the target Competitive Examinations. Shri NFDA cannot be held responsible for any such mistakes or any kind of legal liabilities on the part of students/parents.

At the time of taking admission at Shri NFDA, if any student provides any wrong Information or if found engrossed in any undesirable activity, then Shri NFDA reserves the Right to cancel his/her admission.

Shri NFDA reserves the sole Right to decide the Admission; Methodology & Process of Teaching; to change or remove any Class Schedule/Class Timing/Class Venue/Batch/Test Schedule/Test Center.

Shri NFDA does not authorize any Person/Employee/Lecturer (other than the authorized personnel at our Cash counter) to accept any amount or fee in any form.

Shri NFDA does not have any concern with any Hostel/Mess facility. However, the students are independent to make their own arrangements for Hostel/Room/Accommodation/Mess/Tiffin services/etc. as per their convenience, desire or need.

Shri NFDA does not have any tie-up with any school for schooling. The students have to make their own arrangements for admissions and schooling.

Students/Parents shall bear the whole responsibility of their belongings (i.e. Vehicles/bags/wallets/mobiles/helmets/any other valuables, etc.) The institute is not responsible for any loss/theft/damage, etc. of the same.

Shri NFDA gives highest priority to discipline and has strict norms to maintain the same. Students are not allowed to breach the norms of discipline under any circumstances.

• Use of Mobile Phones inside the classroom is strictly not allowed. If any student carries Mobile Phone in the classes, then it must be switched-off.
• Misconduct using Mobile Phones inside Shri NFDA or any sort of damage to Institute’s/Test Center’s property will result into serious action against the guilty (including permanent rustication from the institute without refund of fee followed by the other legal proceedings).

Shri NFDA cannot be held responsible if any student is found involved in any type of anti-social activity, committing a crime or any unpleasant incident with oneself or/and with others, within and outside the Institute's premises. Shri NFDA reserves the sole Right to cancel the admission against any involvement in criminal and illegal activity.

In case/s of any mishap occuring in the premises of Shri NFDA because of situations beyond control OR any act of God OR any natural calamity of any type (such as earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit, etc.), then the institute shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever.

If any parent/guardian misbehaves with any staff/members of the institute, his/her ward can be rusticated from the institute and no claim of refund of such student will be entertained. The decision of Shri NFDA’s Management shall be final and binding on the student and parent/guardian.

Students enrolled with Shri NFDA have to provide the photocopy of their admit cards of various Entrance Exams to the institute, once they receive them. The institute reserves the Right to use the photograph, marks, rank, admit card or other details of the student for its promotion/publicity in case he/she secures a position/rank/success in Entrance Exams & Boards.

Shri NFDA reserves its Right to make any changes in the Rule/s and Regulation/s anytime without any prior notice. The decision of Shri NFDA’s Management shall be final and binding for any such change OR for any other point not covered in this information bulletin.
